I think it is definitely an interesting perspective from which to look at the conflict from. And he is very right in what he says, Israel is responsible for the way in which the world views them, and they can not blame the news media for showing how things are, and then claiming they are biased or antisemitic. He is right, it is what it is and until they learn to deal with the situation in a different way, people will continue to view Israel in a negative way. I really think his example at the end about the 15 Palestinian families being forced out by 600 riot police, and immediately moving in 2 settler families was a very good point. Who wouldn't look at any country with anger and contempt after seeing that. And likening it to the situation of 1950's Mississippi was great, although I would have likened it to 1960's South Africa. I also think that he was being more political than what he realised, which isn't a bad thing......but I believe our Israeli and Jewish friends will not take kindly to his way of seeing things.
