		<description>It depends on what results you are looking for.  The more choices gives the customer a larger range to choose from, therefore may cause the results to be lower than what you would like.  Just like a good-neutral-bad scale would most likely get you a lot of neutrals, a 1-5 scale would get you more 3&#039;s and a 1-10 scale might get you more 4&#039;s.  So instead of a 75% or 50% satisfaction rating you might end up with a 40%.  Just as how the question is asked, the scale can be changed to better your survey results.</description>
