I have seen many people talk down to or just be plain nasty to retail people or waitresses. If someone I am out with does it, I NEVER go out with them again.
I was working in a lingerie dept. and a man walked up to the counter and put a pair of panties on his head and said “Bet you never had anyone do this anymore/” and I said, “cash or charge? He put the panties down on the counter and walk away. We had to pitch the panties.
I worked at mcdonalds and it was this over 300 hundred pound man… that would come thr the drive thru everynight at the same time and he would order #6 {double cheese burger meal} large, with five extra dbl cheeseburgers and top it off with a diet coke. So one day I asked… sir hav u tried any of our premium salads and he got offended and hasn’t been back since.
I’m glad I never had to help that five guy up there ^. I would have had to strangle him.
The worst customer was when this guy came in to pay his bill. He looked and smelled as if he hadn’t bathed in about 14 days, and his clothes were filthy, his teeth were green, and then to top it off, he ripped a nasty, nasty silent deadly fart that almost brought tears to my eyes because it was so foul.
I swear the reception area smelled for about an hour after he left. And he wasn’t some homeless guy or anything, he’s just a filthy disgusting unwashed beast.
I was working the cash register and this lady came up to buy a pair of crocs. Well they were on sale the week earlier for 30% off and someone had forgotten to take the sign down since the sale was over. Well when they rang up for regular price she started yelling at me and saying “There was a sign back there that said they were 30% off!!!” And I kept telling her that the sale was last week and someone must have forgotten to take down the sign but she was just nuts. She got one of the managers involved and that was pretty much it. She refused to buy them at the end and said how horrible our customer service was. She seemed like the most miserable person on earth, like she was just taking out all her pent up anger on us. Ugh.
There was a man in my work the other day who was very rude (I work at the tills in a hardware store) He kept swearing at me because we didn’t sell the product he wanted, so I refused to serve him. He then went up to customer services and laid into my friend and made her cry, so the manager was called and he was asked to leave.
I am a nurse. The worst patient ever is one that shat the bed on purpose so that I would bed bath him whilst he masturbated whilst plastered in his own shi#

i would say i had three yesterday that literary drove me up the wall that i wanted to slap across their faces but of course we can’t.
The first customer was a white man when i had just came on to relive a co-worker talking about how filthy the belt was and why is it wet it is health hazard i am calling the health dept. He just said ‘give me a paper towel’ i give him one never smiled just wanted to complain about 2 prices like 10 cents difference geez give me a break.
Second one was a Asian women who purposely wanted to get the organics at the normal price and when the rang up for $11 she is like take them off i don’t need them i thought they were 89 cents per lb i was like ma’am this is for the normal grapes not the organics, and we have to send all baggers when cold items customer don’t want back to the dept. she got mad because i had to send her back . and she got more mad due to the fact when i had to void the grapes it instantly called a manager. she is like why do i have to wait why can’t i just get my receipt and go. i tried to explain to her anything of $ 5 dollars gets an asm to come over regardless of the order.
Last but not least i had one lady who had 7 kids with her from 10 to 9 months and she was already in a mood when she came to the register and was asking where a certain item was i sent a sacker to go look for the items and then it was taking her to long she wanted to get out of there she is like take those items off i have to get out of here. when i did it automatically called for an asm. we went out of all way to help the last one she treated my bagger and i like we were devils which we aren’t by any means. i have to admit my bagger just looked at her and said have a good day bless god. she looked at my bagger and walked out say god i wont be back. yeah right to many say that
i would have to say the worst one i have ever witnessed is i was behind this lady she had 3 boys i guess 9 5 and 3 who were running under the belt making it a game and the mom is like you boys need to stay right here and not move a muscle they didn’t listen she started screaming at them right in the ear of the cashier she just smiled and proceeded to check her they lady said this about 3 times then grabbed all 3 boys and literally busted the rear-ends in front of the whole store and loud enough that some customers turned around and just looked at her and she just said report if you have to. i still believe she should of had the two younger boys in the basket and had the older boy watching them and she never once apologized for her behavior or theirs. i do believe in spanking but take them out to the car not in front of everyone
