Any survey site that asks for your credit card is a phony. It is really hard to find a few good, real survey sites since there are so many phonies out there that will scam you.

Do not listen to those crappy answers that tell you to go to a site and they have made $ 5,000 in a month. They are liars and scammers and not legit. Online surveys are almost impossible to find and the real ones will take time and not earn you as much.

But I will tell you this, I have used Amazon Turk or mturk.com and it is 100% legit if you are looking at giving it some time. I made $ 200 in a month but that is legit and real money.

I am a member of NPD Research. NPD Research sends you surveys every couple of days. After you complete a survey you will receive points which will be used to enter sweepstakes where you can win a lot of money. Surveys are quick but money is not guaranteed. If your also looking to get your opinions out there, its worth it.

Win loss research is a succinct, guided discussion with decision makers and who have been involved in your recent win and loss sales decisions. The goal is to learn what key distinctions they saw between you and your competitors, the importance of those distinctions and the value they assigned to each competitor. While the focus of this research is on gaining insight into how your competitors operate and how you fare in comparison, it is inevitable that you also gain valuable customer information in the process.

Win Loss Research drills down beyond standard pricing issues and gets into territories such as: decision process, sales team approach and professionalism, company reputation, product attributes, service issues, and handling of proposals. Although pricing information is involved, it should not be the centerpiece of the research unless it becomes apparent that it really was the key issue that drove the decision. The goal of Win Loss Research is to provide you with competitive insight you can act upon – actionable competitive intelligence – for sales process improvement and better results.

Typically this research is conducted either over the telephone or in a face-to-face interview. The latter is more common in places and cultures where that is the preferred communication modality. Getting the results that you want out of Win Loss Research is a combination of art and science; art being the skill of the researcher in eliciting the intelligence that you need; science being the development of a research guide that facilitates the discovery of actionable competitive intelligence.

You do need to have your sales people find out what happened. This should precede Win Loss Research which goes beyond the limited conversation from your sales reps’ debriefing. However, if the problem emanates from the quality of your sales person’s professionalism, it is not likely that you will learn this critical piece of information unless you use other resources for your research. It defies human behavior to think that the customer will feel comfortable being candid with a sales rep who has not met their expectations or that the sales rep will be candid in passing along information that may be construed as unfavorable to them.

An extraordinary thing about win loss research is that any size or category of company should be able to implement this as an ongoing business practice and see steady gains in their customer acquisition and sales. This form of research is not particularly costly or difficult to do, yet it does take a certain willingness to expose yourself to news that may make you uncomfortable at times.

There are a few good ones out there.. bu that kind of stuff costs money. I gout lucky about 6 months a go I needed research for a potential start-up and I found it in on google answers for a few dollars, $ 15.

Question by optimistica1: I’m thinking of joining the military. What branch is best?
I ultimately want to be involved in govt intelligence on an international level. I’m getting my BA in poli sci this year and have been toying with the idea of holding off on grad school and doing some time with the military first.
I was thinking marines maybe? or the Air Force. I don’t know and I can’t talk to my family about it because they think it’s all a big joke that a girl is even going to college for anything besides art or music (yup. gross, right?)

I really need some advice here. I am a sensitive person but I’m incredibly competitive and fight for what believe in more than you can imagine.
Anyone with military experience? Any advice or a personal story would be a great help!

Question by buffy: Who is the best online and pay surveys?
Looking to make some extra money doing surveys online. I’m trying to find the best company or companies who offers really good pay. I want to make no less than $ 500 every couple of weeks or month. I don’t want to do surveys that I have to buy something. I just want to get on my computer, do the surveys and get a check. If you have any better work at home opportunities let me know.

You can make about 4 cents an hour doing this.
Some you can make as much as 25 an hour, but you have to pay.
Be aware that some companies will require you to gather 75 bucks in order for them to make payment. And they will charge you $ 10 for mailing and processing your check…

There are no good ones, there all bad! You may think that a site is perfect until something goes wrong, even if it’s a few months down the road. You can use those sites if you’re really that desperate, but doing actual work is much more rewarding$ .

Question by wlmng7: Best route to join the Coast Guard in an Intelligence Specialist Capacity?
I am interested in joining the Coast Guard, particularly in the intelligence branch. I have talked to a recruiter regarding OCS and I realize that it is very competitive. I just graduated with honors from a top 25 university, have a spotless record, lots of leadership roles/community service. Additionally, I have completed several research-based internships in the DC area (albeit not intelligence research).

What other routes are available for someone, because I know that gaining acceptance to OCS will be an uphill battle. Thank you for your help–I appreciate it.
I guess to clarify–is it not possible to go into either CG enlistment or OCS with a specific role in mind?

If you become an officer, you will not be an IS (Intelligence Specialist). Officers do not have rates and can be assigned to a wide variety of duties depending on the needs of the service. As far as getting into OCS goes, talk to a recruiter. Good luck!

Question by Sweets: Why am I so competitive with my best friend?
I am very competitive by nature, but I compare everything with my best friend, even when it comes to the guys that like her, her jokes, her personality, her looks, her intelligence and I want it to STOP! I feel like she is better than me in all aspects, and I think very highly of myself. I know I am jealous and for some reason I just can’t accept that she is just an overall better person than me. I am just so sick of walking in her shadow, but I cherish our friendship also. I know I shouldn’t compare myself to her but I CAN’T HELP IT! i really do want what’s best for her, but I’m hurting cause I feel invisible next to her. Please give me some advice!!!
