You are trying to get an opinion survey to see if there is a market for an independent secret shopper. Let me know if it works. I am in the car business, and I can say that I do think it is important to purchase a car from a dealer that can pass those types of surveys. Most could not, but that does not necessarily mean they are ruthless lying bastards. However, if there is a dealer that can pass these surveys, it would go a long way in drawing customers.
